L\u2019edificio residenziale&nbsp; viene sostituito al posto di una vecchia discoteca abbandonata da lungo tempo. Il lotto si presenta a forma stretta e triangolare con un orientamento&nbsp; longitudinale&nbsp; sull\u2019asse nord- sud. Il rivestimento in pietra sabbiata avvolge l\u2019intero edificio smussando bordi ed angoli, mescolando in modo casuale le diverse proporzioni dei balconi che danno variet\u00e0 alle facciate. L\u2019edificio residenziale di 17 appartamenti e 1300 ma pi\u00f9 garage \u00e8 sviluppato su quattro piani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ghibli project can be considered part of the suburban sprawl of the Town . The residential building is located instead of a long-time abandoned private discotheque &#8220;Ghibli&#8221;. The lot is almost a triangular narrow shape, oriented along the North-South axes. The stone cladding in sanded and rounded corners and edges, both randomly mixed in different proportion the balconies, give variety to the facades.
