F.E.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Team : Massimiliano Perotti &#8211; ADWorkshop Ltd &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Area intervento \/ Plot area: &#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Superficie \/ Size: 100 m\u00b2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stato \/ Status : done<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hither Green Lane Project \u00e8 un&nbsp; intervento di ristrutturazione e ampliamento di un appartamento al piano terra di un edificio vittoriano, la propriet\u00e0 esistente composto da una camera da letto , un soggiorno e una cucina con un comodo giardino retrostante&nbsp; con esposizione a nord. La nuova proposta progettuale propone una estensione sul lato posteriore dell\u2019edificio usufruendo di una parte del giardino dando al nuovo soggiorno e cucina l\u2019affaccio sullo stesso; La caratteristica del progetto \u00e8 stata quella di posizionare&nbsp; un grande lucernario sul&nbsp; tetto della nuova estensione per poter dare luce anche al lato pi\u00f9 scuro della nuovo ampliamento, un focus del progetto \u00e8 stato anche quello di preservare la vecchia parete perimetrale esistente che caratterizzando l&#8217;ambiente. L&#8217;architettura della nuova estensione \u00e8 stata realizzata in contrasto con l&#8217;architettura dell\u2019edificio originale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Hither Green Lane Project&nbsp; is a refurbishment and extension apartment at the ground floor of semi-detached Victorian house building, the existing property composed of one&nbsp; bedroom&nbsp; plus&nbsp; living room and kitchen with a comfortable rear garden with sun exposure at north side. The intention of new proposal has taken advantage using&nbsp; a part of the rear garden to be able to build the new extension&nbsp; so&nbsp; living room and kitchen overlooking the garden;&nbsp; The feature of the project has been to open a large skylight on top of the roof of the new extension to be able to give light even the darkest side, a focus of the project has been also to preserve the existing old perimeter wall that characterizes and makes warm the environment.
