I clienti sono proprietari dell\u2019intero&nbsp; edificio che comprende il piano terra, piano primo, piano secondo, incluso anche il giardino retrostante. La proposta progettuale consiste nella ristrutturazione totale dell\u2019edificio&nbsp; inclusa anche un rinnovamento strutturale, oltre che un\u2019ampliamento della zona cucina attraverso un glass box che affaccia sul giardino, \u00e8 stato realizzato anche un nuovo ufficio sulla parte opposta del giardino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The existing site is located in Richmond at Westfields Road. The client is owner of whole building, including ground floor, first floor and second floor, included the rear garden.
