L&#8217;edificio essendo vincolato dalle autorit\u00e0 non ha subito modifiche estetiche formali ma sono stati solo adattato gli spazio esistente alle nuove funzioni. Il nuovo intervento per l\u2019edificio residenziale in oggetto \u00e8 stato principalmente quello di intervenire sull&#8217;intera struttura portante e quindi andare anche a rinforzato la fondazione aggiungendo un nuovo solettone,&nbsp; riguardo la copertura \u00e8 stato sostituita con un nuova tetto ligneo ventilato nonch\u00e9 il rifacimento della parte&nbsp; interno e delle facciate&nbsp; esterne. Anche il giardino ha assunto un nuovo aspetto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project mentioned is a classic building of beginning of last century places in Grottammare , now it become the Italy head quarter of Nudie Jeans &amp; Co. The building as bound by the authorities it has not undergone aesthetic changes but just adapt the existing space at new functions. The new project for the residential building has been to refurbish the whole structure and reinforced the foundation adding&nbsp; a new slab concrete, the roof has been replaced with a new ventilation solution as well as restoring the internal side and external facade.
